6) Search and save coupons
 
7) Make shopping lists
 
8) Buy good quality basics first,
 
9) Then spend on accessories. (they can really change up your whole outfit)
 
10) Re purpose and DIY your own things
 
11) Take good care of your clothes and furniture
 
12) Shop online clearances
 
13) Skip expensive workout clothing
 
14) Don't buy it just because its on sale
 
15) Only buy what you need, not everything you want!
 
16) Evaluate what you already have before making a purchase
 
17) If you don't love it, Don't buy it!
 
18) Research and think thoroughly before making a big purchase, or even a small one!
 
19) Try things beforehand. It can be clothes, makeup products, etc.
 
20) Shop the corners of stores. Usually stores like Forever 21, or just huge department stores put all the expensive things in the front and in the center. They don't expect you to dig through all the corners of the store. You'll often find the best things in the tucked away corners!
 
So just be patient...
